Construction site and project implementation methods

• 2-week mobilization period
• Own and hired traffic
• Good working conditions at site (site camp, site warehouse, working robes, tools, work execution schedule, hoist platforms)
• Strict health and safety regulations (safety belts, safety goggles, all certificates and permits required)
• All modern tools and equipment required for the project implementation (welding machines, pipe grooving machine, duct making machine, etc.)
• All modern tools and equipment required for testing and start up (air and fluids measurement devices (gauges), harmonic distortion measurement device)
• Works and safety logs at site
• Video conference between the site and the offices (Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Helsinki)
• Internet connection available at site
• Office appliances available at site
• WC, shower, wash basin available at site
• Early site electrics and lighting; design and installation if required
• Proper storage of materials and equipment (warehouse, storage staff)

• Technical representatives of our main suppliers are half-day available at the plant for training of the end customer’s operational staff
• Possible visits to European manufacturers of the equipment
• Direct supplies of nonstandard materials to Russia, certification of the materials.

Project management and coordination

• Ability to use highly qualified and skilled expats for the positions of a project manager, a site manager, a project engineer
• English speaking personnel
• Business correspondence flow in Russian or English (memos, letters, reports)
• Well-motivated, polite and friendly staff
• Customer-oriented company
• 60% (at minimum) of all works are carried out by means of our own sources (company’s managers, engineers, supervisors, installing specialists)
• Commissioning of the object together with the end customer is our target
• Ability to execute works upon the customer’s request (areas, systems, schedule)
• Tightly scheduled project implementation
• Ability to use highly qualified and skilled expats for the position of a Construction test and startup engineer
• BMS systems for all processes, own automation and software engineers
• Remote control over the BMS system by our engineer
• Valuable experience in implementation and commissioning of large-scale projects
• Our engineers’ attending their objects after commission according to the agreed schedule
• Ability to work under pressure, being flexible to changes
